這是一篇有關電腦模擬植物生長模式的review，作者們舉了很多的例子，說明目前modeling的應用性。Computer modeling在近幾年應用在植物生長，自細胞、個體、以至群聚模型上都有很大的進展。在不同參數的選擇下，可以模擬出各種發育的狀況。有興趣的人可以參考如CellModeller，OpenAlea等的網站，體驗一下這些新的工具。
