[Paper] 成功建立寄生植物Triphysaria的轉殖系統

說明:
Triphysaria versicolor是一個列當科的兼性寄生(facultatively parasitic)植物,意即它可以自營,也可以在有宿主的環境下發育吸器(haustorium)來行寄生。在前兩年已經建立了這個種的EST database,以釣取吸器產生相關的基因。這篇文章成功的利用Agrbacterium轉殖,GUS/GFP/genomic PCR等方法,確立了這個植物的轉殖系統。轉殖後的植株也仍有寄生的能力,所以這個系統當可應用於接下來的遺傳研究。
